     在近日揭晓的 “2012年中国最佳呼叫中心”的评选中,友邦保险中国区电话营商中心荣获“‘金耳唛杯’ 2012年中国最佳呼叫中心”客户服务奖,以表彰友邦保险在提升客户体验和客户关怀方面的持续努力。这是自2010年以来,友邦中国连续第三年获得这一殊荣。 

    “金耳唛杯”中国最佳呼叫中心的评选系由国家工业和信息化部以及国家发展和改革委员会联合指导,行业权威机构——客户世界主办,CC-CMM国际标准认证机构协办。该奖项作为国内呼叫中心行业最具权威的评选已历时8届,其主旨是在社会各行业推广客户关怀的理念,提升呼叫中心运营管理水平,建立国际化的呼叫中心标准体系,推动呼叫产业在中国的发展。 

    在该奖项长达5个多月的评选过程中,通过资料评审、电话暗访、入户考察、专家评议等诸多严谨的审核环节进行逐项的筛选和评议后,友邦中国电话营商中心最终从总共200多家参选企业中脱颖而出,再次获此殊荣。

AIA China Call Center Won the “China Best Call Center” Award

  AIA China Call Center has won the “Best Customer Service Award” of 2012 Golden Headset - China Best Call Center Award recently.  It is the 3rd consecutive year for AIA to obtain this honor from 2010 for its upgraded customer experiences and continuous endeavor on customer caring. 

  “Golden Headset - China Best Call Center Award” is jointly superintended by the National Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and National Development and Reform Commission with Customer Care & Management World Group (CCM World) and Contact Center Capability Maturity Model Certification Institute (CCCMM) as the host and co-host respectively.  The award as a domestic call center industry's most authoritative selection has lasted the eighth.  Its purpose is to promote the customer care concept to all industries, improve call center operation management level, establish an international call center standard system, and to promote calling industry in China's development.

  In more than 5 months of the selection process, the organizer stage by stage evaluated all competitors through data review, telephone investigations, home inspection, and expert review and so on.  AIA China Call Center finally talent showing itself won the award again among more than 200 enterprises.

  It is the twentieth anniversary for AIA to come back to China in 2012 and AIA’s first “year of customers”.  As the first wholly foreign-owned insurance company in China, AIA is well known by its international vision, rigorous local operation and professional image.
